Accountant- Construction

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports specific to the interior fanout and Construction projects. Manage and oversee all accounting functions related to construction projects, including job costing, revenue recognition, and cost control to ensure financial accuracy. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation of invoices and payments. Coordinate budgeting and forecasting activities in collaboration with project managers and senior management.Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies. Monitor project costs and track variances to support profitability analysis. Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and other financial institutions as required. Maintain general ledger, perform month-end and year-end closing activities. Implement and improve financial controls and procedures suited to the interior fit out industry Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably within the Construction or fit out sectors. Strong understanding of UAE VAT and local financial regulations. Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills in English.
